The Nocera, a little estate on the Etruscan land, once was cultivated with wheat among olive trees and walnuts. Today the rows of vines produce a wine that keeps inside the memory of the ancient tradition.

Grapes: Merlot 100% Vineyard: Obtained from the vineyard La Nocera of about 1,5 hectares of Merlot, trained on Guyot, 5,700 plants per hectare planted in 1997. Vinification: The vinification processes take place in stainless steel-tanks of 50 hl. Natural yeasts, traditional pumping over procedures. Maturation: It takes place in French oak barrels of 225 lt of first and second passage (as well as the malolactic fermentation), for about six-teen months, after which the wine ages in bottles for 12 months.
