Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon 100% Vineyard: 1,3 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon planted in 1997. About 5,700 plants per hectare trained on Guyot. Vinification: The vinification processes take place in stainless steel-tanks of 50 hl. Natural yeasts, traditional pumping over procedures.
Maturation: It takes place in French oak barrels of 225 lt of first and second passage (as well as the malolactic fermentation), for about twelve months, after which the wine ages in bottles for 10/12 months. Oenologist: Attilio Pagli
