In the middle of the Nocera estate, on
a sunny hill, there is a small Etruscan
necropolis surrounded by cypresses: here
the Principe Guerriero (Warrior Prince)
rests. The product of the best grapes of
the estate is dedicated to him: a 100% Sangiovese
wine.

on Guyot. Vinification:
The vinification processes
take place in stainless
steel-tanks of 50 hl. Natural
yeasts, traditional pumping
over procedures. Maturation:
It takes place in French
oak barrels of 225 lt of
first and second passage
(as well as the malolactic
fermentation), for about
twelve months, after which
the wine ages in bottles
