On an area of 5 hectares, once cultivated with cereal, we planted a vineyard with Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Successively, inside the estate, we built a cellar provided with a modern technology of vinification to guarantee the product quality.
The building is completely interred to better blend with the landscape and to assure the natural stability of temperature, an important element for obtaining high quality wines.
With the first vinification, in 2001, we noted that the composition of the terroir and the favourable climate originated a remarkable high intensity wine: so we decided to produce |
